This piece is an advertisement warning the public about the dangers of sunbeds. The texture in the background is a closeup photograph of skin, and the blue highlight on the text is meant to resemble the blue of sunbed uv rays. The text in this advertisement makes use of subtle shock with it's direct tone, which has appeared to be a useful technique for this type of advertisement in my research.
